Fayston Ordinances & Permit Applications

Fayston requires a zoning permit for all land development which includes the following; the division of a parcel into two or more parcels, the construction, reconstruction, conversion, structural alteration, relocation, or enlargement of any building or other structure, or of any mining, excavation or landfill, and any change in the use of any building or other structure, or land or extension of use of land. All zoning permits are issued by the Zoning Administrator listed below. A zoning permit may not be required for certain out buildings. Please call the Zoning Administrator, Patti Greene-Swift, 496-2454 x 25 to inquire about permits.
